gdiapers

I was just placing an order on diapers.com and decided to try these gdiapers! check them out. TRENDY and ECO – FRIENDLY. I love this stuff.

Why are gDiapers good for the planet?
No landfill required. 50 million disposable diapers enter the landfill every day, where they sit for up to 500 years. gDiapers are plastic-free, so they break down in 50-150 days. gDiapers are cradle to cradle certified which means that everything that goes into making the refill is reabsorbed by the planet in a neutral or helpful way. It’s very cool.

Naturally, best for your baby.
gDiapers are breathable. Plastic-free flushable refills keep babies dry and happy, so they’re less likely to get diaper rash.

Did you know?

* We recommend having six pair of pants on hand for full time gDiapers use.
* The ‘g’ stands for genuine, green, global, gentle, grassroots, gee. At gDiapers, we love babies and the planet which why we started a diaper company that is gentle on the Earth. Being from Australia we call it ‘fair dinkum,’ which means being genuine and real with everyone we meet. –Kim and Jason Graham-Nye, co-founders.

Babies love art

I have this painting of all of these colorful circles placed just above Vans changing table, so when he is laying there getting all of those diapers changed. Which is many times a day. He has something interesting to draw him in. He started noticing all of the art on the walls in our house more recently lately. He loves to look at the colors. I would say when designing a babies nursery this is one of the most important places to put something intriguing for their cute little eyes to soak up. It also helps their brain function better because it stimulates all of the different regions, and develops the fine motor skills

Here is some baby wall art from a web site that I love, piccolini.

3 Months

This week Van turned three months old. I can’t believe how fast he is growing before my very own eyes. I lay him down in his crib at night and when I take him out in the morning he is bigger….

The diapers we use for van most of the time, are seventh generation, they look brown because they are unbleached & chlorine free. This is a good thing. My husband called me a hippie until I explained all of the benefits to using these diapers & wipes!

They are totally chlorine free absorbent materials – do not contribute to dioxin pollution
Soft, cloth-like comfort
Premium absorbency
Hypo-allergenic
Super-stretchy resealable closure tabs
Close-fitting thin diaper
Super-stretchy leg gathers
No latex, fragrance, or TBT (tributyl tin)

I don’t think I mentioned it but last week while I was at the gas station & Van was crying (because he had gas) I left my wallet on top of the car and drove away! I drove all the way to Carlsbad to realize I had driven away with my wallet on top of the car and it was probably gone forever…. I raced back to Oceanside, in between several frantic calls and some crying.
They had not seen my wallet, which contained my life. As I was driving away in shock with tears running down my cheeks, I got a call that a man had found my wallet on the freaking freeway and he had it. When I met him everything was in it, however it had been run over several times. Things like this make me realize God is looking out for me. I am really trying to find a nanny or babysitter in the north county San Diego area it is so hard any insight or help would be so nice…..

More later…
